Test User Training | Support Videos for Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality.

Level 2 Test User: Occupational, Ability & Personality distance learning course.  

This training is delivered via distance learning which includes online interactive modules with competency assessments built into the content. Video support recordings, dedicated tutor via phone, email and/or conference call.  

The full Test User course requires the completion of the following 3 modules in sequential order:

• Module 1 – Level 1: Test Administrator
• Module 2 – Level 2: Test User (Ability)
• Module 3 – Level 2: Test User (Personality)

The modules, workbooks and supporting documents are available for you in a password protected shared file to work through at your convenience. This file will remain open for you to upload your completed workbook & access the next modules and relevant supporting materials as you progress through the course.

Uploaded a completed workbooks are marked with feedback by occupational consultants as you progress. This will then enable you to continue with your training rather than having to wait for the marking and feedback.

Following the completion of all three modules we will arrange a mutually convenient time for your Assessment Day, this will be run via a webinar based meeting and will assess the following: 

1. Test administration of 2 paper & pencil based assessments: 1x ability test (from choice of 2) and 1x personality questionnaire (typically the ‘identity’ personality questionnaire)
2. Deliver feedback of two ability test results to a mock candidate
3. Give feedback of the Identity^® Personality Questionnaire for another individual (this may be a colleague or a sample profile, depending on who else in your organisation is completing the course).

Finally, you will also need to complete some post coursework for the ‘Ability’ module and the ‘Personality’ module, this includes producing a written report based on the feedback in your practical session.
