This concise OPQ (Occupational Personality Questionnaire) report is designed for use with and by managers. It uses clear succinct bullets and tables for ease of interpretation. It provide simple comments on each of the personality traits. Providing insight into their preferred behavioural style at work and likely performance against important job competencies.
The OPQ Manager Plus Report shows how an individual:
- Prefers to work – when they interact with people, approach tasks and deal with feelings and emotions
- Is likely to perform – when measured against the 20 Universal Competencies proven to be important at work (e.g. Leading & Supervising)
- Is likely to interact – with colleagues and the impact the individual will have on a team
This online process has no time limit, but candidates usually take between thirty and forty minutes to complete. Candidates are measured against a large comparison group selected from a range of different industry sectors.
This report is based on the individual’s responses to the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) The individual’s responses have been compared against those of a large relevant comparison group to give a description of their preferred approach to work. Please ensure you choose the appropriate Job Level for the role.
Used alongside a verbal reasoning or a numerical reasoning test it will make your selection or development process more effective by understanding your candidates in a short space of time.
