This ever-popular New Frontiers in Psychometrics Seminar will once again provide an opportunity for attendees to hear about the latest views and ideas on a range of topics. They are delighted to announce their speakers for this online event will be Alan Howard, Director of MOSAIC tasks; Dr Amanda Potter, Chief Executive of Zircon Be Talent; Professor Roger Baker, Professor of Clinical Psychology at Bournemouth University; Juliette Alban-Metcalfe, Chief Executive of the Real World Group and Tameron Chappell, Leadership and Development Consultant, Athinka Ltd. and Chair of The Psychometrics Forum.
Attendees will have the added advantage of being able to complete some of the psychometric tools in advance of the session. MOSAIC was in the development stage and is now able to report back to us on
the successful implementation, incorporating reliability and validity results.
The Mosaic Objective Personality Tasks currently offer 4 different reports:
- The Mosaic Leadership Report is used to support the development and recruitment of leaders.
- The Mosaic Personal Development Report is for use with any employee who would like help with their own personal development.
- The Mosaic Safety Leadership Report supports the development and recruitment of Safety Leadership roles.

Alan will be bringing us up to date on MOSAIC Tasks personality assessment research and development. Alan spoke to The Psychometrics Forum when MOSAIC was in the development stage and is now able to report back to them on the successful implementation, incorporating reliability and validity results. Attendees will have the opportunity to complete the MOSAIC assessment prior to the event. Biography: Alan is a registered Occupational Psychologist working mainly in Assessment and Development. His focus is on psychometric development innovations including MOSAIC Task Personality assessment. With Max Choi, Alan has co-authored 3 situational judgement tests that have been completed by participants from over 100 countries.
