The OPQ Sales Report (including Motivation Questionnaire) is a comprehensive Sales Report to support the development of sales and customer service staff. This report should be used as the basis of a development discussion with the individual. 

The OPQ32 personality questionnaire from SHL is the leading personality tool.  Candidates complete 2 questionnaires - the OPQ32 Occupational Personality Questionnaire and the Motivation Questionnaire.  The results are then combined withing the OPQ Sales Report to provide a graphical and narrative summary of the individual's natural styles that are critical to sales success. The report is available for completion in 30 languages and has the following main sections:

  • Sales Cycle
  • Sales Profile (Summary)
