The OPQ Sales Report (including Motivation Questionnaire) is a comprehensive Report to support the recruitment of sales and customer service staff.
OPQ32 is the leading personality tool. In recruitment, the challenge is to assess and really understand your candidates in a short space of time. This personality report will quickly assess the candidates’ overall suitability for the job by assessing their work behaviours and personality and identifying strengths and weaknesses against the role requirements.
Candidates complete 2 questionnaires - the OPQ32 Occupational Personality Questionnaire and the Motivation Questionnaire. The results are then combined within the OPQ Sales Report to provide a graphical and narrative summary of the individual's natural styles in key competencies that are critical to sales success.
