This EIP3 Development Summary Report will support development discussions with senior managerial staff. The Emotional Intelligence Profile (EIP3) from PSI allows you to focus on the personal changes you may choose to make in order to get the best out of yourself.  It will also help you to really engage, inspire and motivate others. The results can be compared against one of 12 specific groups within the working population, eg Senior managers, Directors and should be used under the guidance of a trained professional.

The Development Summary Report:

This report looks at 6 key parts that make up Emotional Intelligence:

  1. Self-Management
  2. Relationship Management
  3. Self- Awareness
  4. Awareness of Others
  5. Self-Regard
  6. Regard for Others

Individuals with higher EI will be better able to manage themselves and their relationships to be both personally and inter-personally effective.

This report will help you recognise what is going on inside you (Self Awareness) and take appropriate actions to manage yourself (Self-Management).

It will also help you to pick up what is going on for other people (Awareness of Others) and taking appropriate actions to manage them (Relationship Management).

The report provides some Development Suggestions for areas where you may be weaker and also steps you can take to Build on your Strengths. When used in conjunction with other personality reports such as the Identity Comprehensive Report, the EIP3 Development Summary can assist individuals to make the most of their potential.
