The OPQ Emotional and Social Competence Report provides an indication of how an individual's preferred working style may be a predictor of a range of social and emotional competencies. This report  supports the development of Management and Professionals.

The OPQ personality questionnaire assesses preferred work behaviours and personality and identifies potential strengths and weaknesses. This Emotional and Social Competence report explores how a person is able to apply and control their own emotions and manage their relationships with other people.
