The OPQ Emotional & Social Competence Report provides an indicator of how an individual's preferred working style may be a predictor of a range of social and emotional competencies. This report is to support the development of Sales and Customer Service staff and is available for completion in over 30 languages. Emotional Intelligence is key to achieving effective working and relationship building.
The OPQ32 personality questionnaire assesses work behaviours and personality to identify potential strengths and weaknesses. This OPQ Report explores how a person is able to apply and control their own emotions and manage their relationships with other people. It also provides insights about an individual's understanding others' emotions and perspectives, and their capacity to display empathy and flexibility.
