The OPQ Emotional and Social Competence Report provides an indicator of how an individual's preferred working style may be a predictor of a range of social and emotional competencies. This report is to support the development of Supervisors and Junior Managers.
The OPQ32 personality questionnaire assesses work behaviours and personality and identifies potential strengths and weaknesses. The Emotional and Social Competence report explores how a person is able to apply and control their own emotions and manage their relationships with other people. It also provides insights about an individuals understanding of other people's emotions and perspectives, and their capacity to display empathy and flexibility.
Potential strengths and weaknesses are explored through key themes including:
