The OPQ Sales Report (including Motivation Questionnaire) is a comprehensive Sales Report to support the development of sales and customer service staff. This report should be used as the basis of a development discussion with the individual. The OPQ32 personality questionnaire from SHL is the leading personality tool and supports both recruitment and development.  Therefore, when analysing targets and performance, this Sales Report can help identify both strengths and areas for improvement.

Participants complete 2 questionnaires - the OPQ32 Occupational Personality Questionnaire and the Motivation Questionnaire.  The results within the OPQ Sales Report provide a graphical and narrative summary of the individual's natural styles that are critical to sales success.
