The Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal - Profile Report, gives an indication of an individual's critical thinking abilities.    Therefore, the report can provide an insight into a person's judgement and problem solving ability. Many large companies use this test as a key part of their short-listing and recruitment processes.

The Watson Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal measures an individual's ability to efficiently and effectively evaluate information to make good decisions.  It gives a rating for 3 key areas:

  1. Recognition of Assumptions
  2. Evaluation of Arguments
  3. Drawing Conclusions

This timed ability test will assist with the recruitment of senior level Executives and Directors. We use the latest online version of the test, WG-III.  You can also fine-tune the results from the test by selecting the appropriate comparison group (or Norm).  Specific industry sectors are available including Accountancy, Financial, Medical, HR, Marketing and Legal professionals.
