Aptitude Tests

Psychometric Aptitude & Ability tests are designed to measure a person’s cognitive ability, to indicate the potential of a candidate to excel in a specific position or career. Psychometric testing takes various forms for example: numerical, mechanical, logical, or verbal reasoning. This includes problem-solving, prioritisation and numerical skills, amongst other things. Providing details on what they are capable of doing, rather than how they do things.

Both validity and reliability are viewed as essential elements for determining the quality of any test. All of the ability tests we supply are from recognised Test Publishers, quality oversight from the British Psychological Society (BPS).
