ISV Attention to Detail Test.
Attention to detail is a key skill for many roles including; secretarial, administration, customer care, office assistant, bookkeeper and so the list goes on. The ability to spot errors in small sections of text or data is a good indicator of the level of accuracy that an individual will show in their work. This test is also well-suited for testing candidates’ overall focus for entry-level jobs.
Presenting candidates with a range of text (eg client name), numerical data (eg stock code) and mixtures of both text and numbers (eg address), individuals need to identify which in a series of data sets contain an error. The use of pre-employment tests, help you eliminate any candidate that isn't a good fit. For those that are a good fit, you just verified their claims of Office proficiency in their Curriculum Vitae.
