The ISV Online Data Entry Tests assesses the primary skills required for sales, customer service and call-centre or contact centre applicants.
These tests measure both speed and accuracy of entering industry specific data. All data is fictional but accurately represents people, places, values etc dependant on the industry. Individuals must key in the information in the relevant areas on screen.
Choose from information typical in the retail, insurance, travel or financial sectors. The test uses some regional accents and candidates can select individual items to be spelled out loud. Headphones or speakers are required.

What's Covered
Use the online data entry test to appraise an individual’s ability to key in data by assessing their speed and accuracy in doing so.
Individuals taking the test will hear fictitious audio information and will need to enter the details as quickly and accurately as possible in the relevant screens. These tests are ideal for contact centre and call centre recruitment. There are industry specific audio data entry tests.
