The ISV Online Audio Typing Tests assesses the primary skills required for sales, customer service and call-centre or contact centre applicants.
These tests measure both speed and accuracy of entering industry specific data. All data is fictional but accurately represents people, places, values etc dependant on the industry. Individuals hear the audio and must key in the information in the relevant areas on screen.
Choose from information typical in the retail, insurance, travel or financial sectors. There’s also an ability to select standard, legal or medical audio typing tests. The test uses some regional accents and candidates can select individual items to be spelled out loud. Headphones or speakers are required.

What's Covered
Online Audio Data Entry Tests
Measure an individual’s ability to listen and recapture information. While listening to the audio, the individual is required to type in the relevant copy. With the audio spoken at different speeds, you can cover more advanced or capable typing speeds.
The audio is spoken at 80, 90 or 100 words per minute (wpm).
Financial Data Entry – Individuals hear audio with a financial theme and enter the data as quickly and accurately as possible.
Generic Data Entry – General information is played through the audio. The individual enters this as quickly and accurately as possible.
Insurance Data Entry – This assessment measures the ability to type information as it is spoken through the headset. The audio has an insurance theme.
Retail Data Entry – Retail themed data is heard through the audio and must be keyed in as quickly and accurately as possible.
Travel Data Entry – Travel themed data is heard via the audio and must be keyed in as quickly and accurately as possible.
