SHL OPQ Universal Competency Report for Talent Development.
The OPQ personality questionnaire assesses work behaviours and personality to identify potential strengths and weaknesses. The OPQ Universal Competency Report is based on the Universal Competency Framework (UCF). It looks at an individual's preferred way of working and their behaviours when dealing with others.
The report graphically outlines how an individual's typical way of behaving is likely to impact on competencies. It provides a graphical scale for each competency and summarises aspects of personality which contribute (positively or negatively) to each competency.
The OPQ Universal Competency Report is extremely useful when used as the basis of a development discussion with the individual. Particularly important for manager level appointments where mistakes can be costly, the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) allows you to review applicants and determine whether they a good fit with your organisation's ethos and workforce prior to appointment or promotion. The report has a choice of job levels available please select via the checkout, additional information is provided below below.

A free OPQ Candidate Feedback Report is also included. This ensures that we help you look after the candidate as they will find this report very useful as feedback, and they can also use this to support their on-going development. This report can be emailed to the Candidate after selection decisions have been made.

What's Covered
OPQ Universal Competency Report for Development
This report is designed using the OPQ32r personality questionnaire, an occupationally-based personality assessment.
This report provides an insight into an individual’s potential performance across 20 key job competencies. Each competency is outlined and aspects of the individuals personality which may impact (positively or negatively) on each competency are summarised.

It assists HR managers and professionals in making decisions regarding the assessed individual. It describes how they function at work, their potential contribution to a team and their proficiency in a range of important competencies.
For further insight, consider combining this report with the Graduate, Managerial or Executive Scenarios Situational Judgement test. This is a test of managerial judgement, useful for gauging an individual’s potential.
