The Watson Glaser critical thinking appraisal is a timed ability test that measures an individual's ability to efficiently and effectively evaluate information and make good decisions, based on contemporary and business relevant items. The development report then takes a candid look at the individual's critical thinking skills, links these to important workplace competencies. The test identifies development priorities and creates a development plan for career advancement.
We use the latest online version of the test - WG-III. A range of comparison groups (norms) for specific business areas are available to fine tune the results. Select from Accountancy, Medical, HR, Marketing and Legal professionals - to name but a few.
