The EIP3 Narrative Report is an ideal aid for staff development discussion helping to demonstrate the key emotional and social competencies important for their work performance.  Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a combination of attitudes and behaviours that distinguish outstanding performance from average performance. Consequently, individuals with higher EI will be better able to manage themselves and their relationships to be both personally and inter-personally effective. The report is generated from the results of completing the Emotional Intelligence Profile Questionnaire (EIP)  from PSI.

This is a very comprehensive report, based on the candidate’s own perceptions and how these compare to the working population. Emotional Intelligence focuses on the personal changes an individual may choose to make in order to get the best out of themselves and truly engage, inspire and motivate others. The Emotional Intelligence results represent an individual's responses to questions relating to each of the sixteen scales. The measurement for the questionnaire works by calculating how different an individual's patterns of responses to the questions are when compared to a large group of other responses. The summary profile represents their overall level of effectiveness (strengths and development areas) on each of the six parts of the Emotional Intelligence framework.
