  • AIR (Adapted Integrity Rating): An adjusted score for better accuracy.
  • ILTS (Integrated Labour Turnover Score): Assesses the likelihood of turnover related to integrity.
  • ALTS (Adapted Labour Turnover Score): An adjusted, more precise turnover risk score.
  • Detailed Defined Report: A narrative description of the sten-score results for each of the ten sub-structures.

The IP200 is an Integrity tests that consists of 10 sub-structures of which each has 5 measuring areas. It is a very comprehensive, diagnostic and developmental instrument that provides the user with more than 60 scales to measure the complex concept of Integrity with, to provide feedback to respondents, to make predictions on future behaviour and/or develop Integrity on an individualistic or corporate basis.

Number of Questions and time to complete:

It consists of 200 test-items, and takes approximately 45 minutes to complete and boasts Lie and Consistency as well as Unnatural Exaggeration factors.
