The SHL Executive Scenarios Test generates an Executive Level Report, measures an individual's ability to make judgements and deal effectively with a range of managerial situations. This test supports the selection and development of managers and other professionals. The Scenarios test comprises 16 highly business-relevant management situations (or scenarios). For each situation individuals are asked to rate a series of different ways to respond to the scenario, according to its effectiveness or ineffectiveness.
The Report provides a profile of results i.e. the overall managerial judgement score, four sub-test scores (Managerial Judgement, Managing Objectives, People Management, and Corporate Management), and six elements. It also includes general development advice for each of the scales, powerful specific feedback and development tips based on the individual’s responses.
This powerful Situational Judgement Test (SJT) is highly predictive of senior management success and measures key areas of management effectiveness. They are built around realistic challenging scenarios to assess how an individual would react in a real-world management situation that they could encounter in the job they are applying for. The results from this test can be used to support selection, development, training, performance management and coaching.
Quest Business Reasoning Test - Joint Verbal & Numerical Data Report. The test assesses the skills in understanding business information. The report is fully interpreted and provides an overall test performance result for Business Reasoning along with an individual breakdown of both the verbal & numerical critical reasoning scores. Although verbal and data reasoning skills tend to be correlated, for some individuals, they tend to be stronger on one. Therefore, we have included the results for these two areas separately.
Identity® is a occupational personality questionnaire designed to assess workplace behaviours. Essentially it helps you understand an individual’s preferences and how they are likely to behave in the job role and organisation. Designed to distil the respondents personality profile into core indicators or competencies, fully interpreted with example questions for further probing during interview.

Business Reasoning Test – The test measures the candidate’s ability to quickly understand and evaluate written business information. It will also demonstrate their ability to interpret and manipulate business-related numerical data. Joint Verbal & Numerical Critical Reasoning Test, providing an overall test performance result for business reasoning, along with their individual verbal and numerical results.
The overall Business Reasoning ability score is based on 24 adaptive questions that have weighted scoring.
