The OPQ32 Personality Questionnaire assesses work behaviours and personality to identify potential strengths and weaknesses. The OPQ Universal Competency Report is based on the Universal Competency Framework (UCF).  It looks at an individual's preferred way of working and their behaviours when dealing with others. 

The UCF Development Action Planner Report builds a profile of an individual’s personal style in a work environment. The report uses the Universal Competency Framework (UCF) to provide an accurate measure of an individual’s strengths and weaknesses terms of twenty universal competencies, as they relate to their potential performance at work. It also provides the individual and their line manager with suggested development tips in those areas where there is opportunity for improvements.

The report is ideal for most professional level jobs where the use of the OPQ32 is appropriate. The information contained within the report should be seen as a starting point for discussing an
individual’s development plan in the context of their current role or future career potential. The OPQ UCF Development Action Planner Report is very comprehensive (typically in excess of 25 pages) and it includes a development planner template to encourage further discussion and talent development.

For further insight, consider combining this report with the Graduate, Managerial or Executive Scenarios Situational Judgement test. This is a test of managerial judgement, useful for gauging an individual's their potential.
