Personality Tests
Personality tests are designed to collate information about a person’s work-place behaviour. Providing you with an insight to their motivations, preferences, interests, and style of interacting with people and situations.
Personality Questionnaires, for example: Identity® Personality Assessment provide a suit of fully interpreted reports for your selection and development needs, covering the employee’s whole life cycle; Interview, Talent, Onboarding, Career Focus and Candidate Feedback reports. The questionnaire asks the individual what they think they are like within the workplace. Essentially, they help you understand an individual’s preferences and how they are likely to behave in the job role and your organisation.
Objective Personality Tasks, for example: Mosaic Personality Tasks provide a suit of reports covering development, leadership, safety, and selection. These tasks measure personality and behaviours directly, these are then compared to how the individual see themselves. This then enables a more accurate summary as it removes ‘blind spots’ etc.
