This course is for the Reaffirmation of competence required in Test Use for the BPS Certificates and for inclusion on their RQTU & the EFPA.
This course (previously known as BPS Test User Training Level A & B) provides professional qualifications (TUA & TUP) for those who use psychometric assessments and tests within their profession for employment screening and talent development.
This BPS Test User Reaccreditation course is open for enrolment continuously, our online 'on demand' training platform allows you to work at your own pace, wherever and whenever you want to study. With interactive virtual practical sessions and dedicated Occupational Psychologist Tutor support throughout.
These Internationally recognised, industry standard qualifications are based on a syllabus of assessments developed by the British Psychological Society (BPS) and enable you to use, administer, interpret and provide feedback on psychometric tests published by UK test publishers.
Quest Partnership is a BPS Test User Verified Assessor, registered with them as a psychometric training provider. Completion of this internationally-recognised qualification gives you access to over 180 tests including all the UK's main Test Publishers. In addition, delegates will be eligible to join the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use, TUA & TUP formerly known as Level A & B (RQTU), and to receive the pan-European 'Euro Test User Certificate', which is awarded by the European Federation of Psychologists' Association (EFPA) and represents an internationally recognised standard for test use in the workplace.
Continuing Professional Development. Established in 1996, The CPD Certification Service is the world’s leading and largest CPD accreditation service. This course provides a Certificate with an award of 25 CPD hours.

Our Online BPS Test User Occupational Reaccreditation Course is predominantly aimed at individuals seeking re-affirmation of their competence in Occupational Test Use Qualifications who have not used psychometrics since their original training and/ or for a number of years within their career.

Talent Assessment Platform
Complimentary ‘Psychometric Solutions’ package is included in the course fee. We will provide you with your own online account, (with £200.00 worth of credits) giving you access to the Identity® Personality Questionnaire and the joint Verbal & Numerical tests via the online assessment platform. Invite candidates, set deadlines, include your own branding and generate reports.
Reaffirmation Eligibility Requirement - Please Note:
This course is for individuals who have previously gained their BPS Qualifications in Occupational Test Use and who are looking for reaffirmation of their competence by a BPS Verified Assessor.
The BPS requirement for RQTU entries that expired more than 12 months ago:
Reaffirmation of competence is required when a past member of the Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) wishes to re-join the Register 12 months or more after they've left.

What's Covered
Our psychologists have developed this psychometric training course based on the competency framework outlined by the British Psychological Society (BPS). It therefore covers all elements of their Test User standard, including:
- Assistant Test User: Learn about what tests measure and how to administer them in an objective & standardised manner.
- Occupational, Ability: Learn about how tests work and why they are reliable and valid. You will also learn how to select the correct tool for the role and give ability test feedback and make interpretations.
- Occupational, Personality: Learn about what personality is and how we apply it to occupational settings. Explore the ‘identity’ questionnaire, its applications and its scales. Learn how to give useful, objective feedback for assessment and development.

- Typically 20 hours (1 month) Module-based learning. Complete at your place of work or study at home. Start at any time and work at your own pace.
- Online Interactive Training Platform for Course Content and Workbooks, with Webinar-based sessions and training videos.
- Practical Session – ‘Live Exercises’ with our consultants via video calls to practice administering tests & providing personality feedback.

- Course Certificate recognised by BPS registered Test Providers.
- Provides eligibility for the BPS Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing. As a result you can also apply for entry onto the Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU).
