SHL OPQ Universal Competency Report for Talent Acquisition.
The OPQ personality questionnaire assesses work behaviours and personality to identify potential strengths and weaknesses. The OPQ Universal Competency Report Recruitment is based on the Universal Competency Framework (UCF). It looks at an individual's preferred way of working and their behaviours when dealing with others.
The report graphically outlines how an individual's typical way of behaving is likely to impact on competencies. It provides a graphical scale for each competency and summarises aspects of personality which contribute (positively or negatively) to each competency.
The OPQ Universal Competency Report is extremely useful when used as the basis during a recruitment or selection discussion with the individual. Particularly important for manager level appointments where mistakes can be costly, the Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) allows you to review applicants and determine whether they a good fit with your organisation's ethos and workforce prior to appointment.
