The SHL Graduate Scenarios Test is a unique test of Managerial Judgment Potential - an individual’s ability to decide on effective ways of handling real life situations. It is specifically designed to assess judgment in graduates; a group who typically has limited work experience to draw on. It consists of realistic scenarios relevant at graduate level, each followed by several possible responses, which needs to be rated, in terms of its effectiveness or ineffectiveness.
The Graduate Report provides a profile of results i.e. the overall managerial judgement score, three sub-test scores (Managing Objectives, People Management and Reputation Management), and six elements. It also includes general development advice for each of the scales, powerful specific feedback and development tips based on the individual’s responses. Individuals are compared against a large group of graduates.
Identity® is a occupational personality questionnaire designed to assess workplace behaviours. Essentially it helps you understand an individual’s preferences and how they are likely to behave in the job role and organisation. Designed to distil the respondents personality profile into core indicators or competencies, fully interpreted with example questions for further probing during interview.

Scenarios is a test of managerial judgement. This executive test looks at the candidate’s judgement when dealing with executive/ very senior management issues. There are three areas it measures:

Identity® Personality Comprehensive Report
At senior level an individual’s personality shapes their competence at work. Therefore, this is a competence-based Interview Report i.e. it provides areas to probe and also provides relevant interview questions. As this report is not suitable to be passed to candidates, you are also provided with a complimentary Candidate Feedback Report which can be provided to candidates after selection decisions have been made so that they receive useful feedback for their personal development. SHL Verify Verbal Reasoning Test
Designed to measure a candidate’s ability to evaluate the logic of various kinds of argument as presented in written form, the Verbal Reasoning test measures the ability to determine the support for conclusions drawn using content that typifies a variety of work settings, and is relevant for assessment at all job levels.
SHL Verify Numerical Reasoning Test
Measures candidates’ ability to work with numbers and use appropriate mathematics in different situations. Tasks include solving word problems, performing numerical calculations, and interpreting charts and graphs.
