The SHL Scenarios Management Level Test generates an Manager Report, this provides a profile of results i.e. the overall managerial judgement score, three sub-test scores (Managing Objectives. People Management, and Corporate Management), and six elements. It also includes general development advice for each of the scales, powerful specific feedback and development tips based on the individual’s responses. Individuals can be compared against either a composite group of senior managers, or a group of high potential senior managers and directors.
Identity® is a occupational personality questionnaire designed to assess workplace behaviours. Essentially it helps you understand an individual’s preferences and how they are likely to behave in the job role and organisation. Designed to distil the respondents personality profile into core indicators or competencies, fully interpreted with example questions for further probing during interview.
SHL Interactive Numerical Reasoning and Interactive Deductive Verbal Reasoning Tests are also included in this package. The Verify Interactive suite of assessments, is a set of assessments designed using mobile-first technology. These assessments offer an interactive, business-relevant approach to predict workplace performance using engaging, activity-based assessment design that can be deployed on any device type, including mobile phones.

Scenarios is a test of managerial judgement, measuring an individual’s ability to weigh up real life management situations.
This personality questionnaire helps you understand the individual’s preferred working styles in three key areas:
- The candidate’s preferred thinking style when dealing with business information and issues
- Their capacity to work effectively to influence and motivate others
- Personal drive to make things happen
SHL Verify Interactive Tests:
Designed to measure the ability to draw logical conclusions based on information provided and complete scenarios using incomplete information. It provides an indication of how an individual will perform when asked to develop solutions when presented with information and draw sound conclusions from data.
Deductive Verbal Reasoning Test
This requires a candidate to use their problem solving and reasoning skills, by asking them to evaluate arguments, analyse scenarios, and draw logical conclusions.
Numerical Critical Reasoning Test
Tasks require the candidate to carry out analysis and interpretation of numerical data (e.g., budgets & costs, trends and margins). Potential roles that use this ability are Finance, IT, Professional Services, Production and Sales.
